Which is the better overhaul mod?

Personally i prefer Project Nevada for it's Rebalance module, but that is a biased opinion since i haven't played much with FOOK.

But based on FWE and FOOK for Fallout 3, i'd say if you like the vanilla gameplay, go with FOOK, and if you want tougher challenge, go with PN.
