Is Foot Fetish unlocked yet : Crysis

Just wondered if anyone has this yet.

As I recall there was another dog tag that wouldn't pop, but I can't remember its name. Does anyone know what it is and is that fixed yet too?

it can only be unlocked by equipping a sidearm or grenade, crouching down, and using melee on the opponent's foot directly, as how a true foot fetish would be.

We tried that -no joy. Tried crouching, opponent standing on a box, sniping the length of lighthouse. Nothing works. If anyone actually has this, please let me know so I. It's flaming frustrating

I read somewhere that you have to shoot with a *sniperscope on the foot of someone (enemy of course).
I didn't try yet though...

Let me know, but I am fairly sure you won't get it. maybe it's something to do with the hit registration
