scum 0 Leeds 1
Well been to the match who was the premieship team

It's all gone quiet over there!
I listened to the whole game on the radio and have recorded it to watch after school, savouring every delicious moment
For Leeds fans it's been a long time coming

Half time, Hamilton 3 - 2 Rangers

What the [censored] is going on here? 2-0 up and Hamilton not in it at all. Then Davis goes off injured. Then Hamilton get the softest penalty in the history of penalties. Then Boyd goes off injured. Then Hamilton score twice. This game's been a bloody nightmare so far. If those injuries keep them out for even a week then we literally wont have enough subs to fill the bench in the next game.

3-3 with another dodgey penalty

Yup. In fairness the ball would have got through to Bilbo if the Hamilton player hadn't stopped it with his hand, but there wasn't much he could really do about it on the deck. Just an altogether terrible game, but at least we get the replay at a proper football stadium. Referee was terrible though, I wouldn't have him ref a lunchtime game at high school. Just worried about how we're going to field a team next weekend. With Boyd, Naismith, Beasley and Novo injured and Miller suspended we're left with Lafferty and Little up front. Lafferty is gash and Little is too inexperienced really. With Mendes, Davis and Fleck out we don't have a single creative midfielder either.

Don't know why they even bother letting games go ahead in those conditions, they're just injuries waiting to happen.

Could it get any worse for Liverpool? I guess that's just the consequence of having to use your best 2 injury ridden players in a cup game that should have been won weeks ago.

Still, pretty good for everyone else :D.

Torres out for 6 weeks, Gerrard out for 2 and Benayoun our for 4? Thats about as bad as it gets. Our 3 best attacking players all having injuries.

Needless to say last nights game was a huge disaster prior to all of this coming around. Aqualani had his best game for us so far (he was actually okay) but he's being too ambitious. Lucas and Insua were trash yesterday. Fortunately, Mascherano should be back by the weekend and I hope that Rafa has the sense to start playing Aurelio at left back from now on. Hopefully Maxi Rodrigues gives us some genuine attacking width down the right so Kuyt can come back into the centre and cover for Torres.

Hamilton 0 - 1 Rangers
Celtic 1 - 1 Falkirk

Good times. 9 points clear, and we weren't even able to name a full bench of subs.

I couldn't be bothered to find this thread earlier due to my apathy caused by the 89th minute goal and 95th minute "Sitter against the post" disaster.

Needless to say I was gutted with the score (Stoke 1-1 Liverpool) but I still think Rafa is the right man. His selection of Krygiankos today was genius.

Awww :( It was basically a bunch of the Rangers fans discussing plans for the next Establishment meeting - all green traffic lights replaced with blue ones, linesman of the year award (for most wrong calls against Celtic), etc. "The Establishment" is the latest target of finger-pointing by Celtic fans (and players now that Hinkel has waded in) who refuse to believe the real reason they're 9 points behind in the league and out of Europe and the League Cup is because their team are rubbish and their manager is clueless. It's a conspiracy!

Top of the League baby!! :D

Anyway, if things stay as they are now (I'm sat watching the 'Pool game) then Liverpool have beaten Tottenham 1-0 in a scrappy game that's basically consisted of defending a lead from the 6th minute. I knew I should have watched Villa vs Blackburn, that looked like a real thriller. Although Liverpool have won there still aren't that many positives from the performance, they haven't played great they've just maintained an exceptionally high work rate for most of the game. Oh, Tottenhams wrongly disallowed goal may have changed things greatly though. Aquilani was average, which is slightly better than the level he was previously playing at : [censored]

Ah during writing Liverpool just got a penalty, Gareth Bale is really a shocking left back in my opinion. Haha, take that spuds!

This was the best we played since the United game in October :P Kryangiankos (who I'll spell differently in each post) was a beast again at the back. Aquilani was quiet but had a couple of great touches, one of which set up the first goal. Probably could've won by 3 or 4 by the end.

Aww man I'm glad you beat spurs and played averagely (a change for the better :P) but Kyrijhskjhf;swfh; isn't a good defender, offload him. Wasn't it his backpass who dropped Reina in the [censored]? I just don't think he's good at all and it's a sad day for Liverpool fans when they have to settle for him playing in the heart of their defence week in, week out. I suppose the same rings true for a few Liverpool players at the moment though.

I also read a rumour that Aquilani might have been off back to Italy, Juventus or someone... If that's true then that truly does make Benitez the "fact man" the worst in the transfer market, ever. :P He might already be there... He's had some shockers.

Just watched the highlights of the Utd vs City game. Wow those were 2 dodgy decisions for the city goals! I think Ferguson would have been almost justified had he gone on one of his little rants again.

Yeah, which is interesting considering he didn't. Was very philosophical about it.

Tosser spent all his banker points before the game dissing Tevez, I think it's all he deserves. The most worrying thing about Fergy is he now assumes everything is about him, it's called Scum Complex. I guess that's why he hasn't ever talked about the Glaziers, he thinks he owns all the banks in the world, or they owe him or something. He should retire, y'know, live on a wooden stake or something.

?716m in debt, with ?69m/year interest payments, and they're still carrying on as normal. Meanwhile, Rangers are ~?30m in debt, and the bank has us up against the wall. Crazy world. Oh, for a decent TV deal...

Well it goes like this, it's who you owe and how you do it. The best thing about the Glazers is they transferred their debt to Man Utd when they leveraged the buy out of the club. It sounds criminal. But apparently isn't. :o
