I have a Black Magic Capture Card. So th Video is inputed from my XBOX to my PC then to my TV. I then stream to justin.tv using Flash Media Encoder. The stream uploads from my PC. Like I said before it will look about like standard definition because I am limited by upload speed. It will also be about 10 seconds behind what I am actually doing.

ok thank you, im actually impressed you can upload a video in real time, im sure my bandwitch wouldnt allow that

You can set the bandwith you want to upload at. So it makes it pretty easy to do.
