For auld lang syne problem : Fallout: New Vegas

Wel i have done all the stuff to trigger for auld lang syne for arcade, but it doesnt work :S
This is the second time i want to do the quest (already finished it earlier) so i know what to do, but somehow it wont trigger.
I hope there is a console cheat or something like that to trigger it...

You can't trigger the quest again once it's done. Not sure about re-triggering in the console.

Same problem, there is no way to trigger it legit in the game, it will either happen or it won't.. no way to be sure.

From posted wiki: It is possible to not be able to activate the quest for some unknown reason, despite attempting all trigger options, if you're traveling with ED-E in your party get rid of him and the quest should work.

How far are you into the main quest? I guess you start the quest pretty late in the game.
