I am searching a mod that sorts potions, spells, soul gems and what not like shown on this image:

I also have seen it in a "Let's Play".

This is what it supposedly looks like, although I am not sure if this is included in the Runeskull-Mod.

Furthermore it seems to be like this, for example:
Flare I
Flare II

and potions are sorted like:
Refraction I
Healing I
etc.

Is it included in any major overhaul or in the unofficial oblivion patch (which I am currently not using because back when I installed Oblivion, I was afraid to break the integrity of FCOM)?

It is a Wrye Bash Bashed Patch Option under Name Tweaks

I already looked there and there doesn't seem to be an appealing option for this.

it is a option once again when your bulid your bashed patch, It islisted under tweak names once again.

As you mention 'once again' so often, I will tell you - once again - that I already looked there and didn't find a version like my example.
