CS for skyrim

Since Skyrim runs on a new engine I wonder if the CS will have new features to play with. The only wish I have since Morrowind days is that the CS will come with a realtime editor like the Cryengine. You don't know how productively convenient is to edit with a realtime editor. It amazes me why don't all game companies that have CS for their fans implement this. Is it a trade secret? A hard thing to code to have a realtime editor? I'm willing to pay extra for only this feature because I know how productively and fast you can create.

Creation Kit. Uses a lot of the same formatting from the old series (.nif I think). I wouldn't count on a real time editor though. I enjoyed Crysis' editor but there must be some good reason as to why it isn't implemented as often. Maybe it has something to do with Skyrim being a multi-platform and Crysis being PC exclusive?
