I'm descended from the legendary Caucasian Ninja, Steve the Ninja.

He was a Ninja.

I'm descended from him.

That makes me part Ninja.

It also makes me part Steve.

Yay for me.

My ancestors drank until they could no more.. and then drank some more. My ancestors also were, according to Family Guy, the most advanced civilization around until they created beer.

As some people have mentioned, you can disguise yourself as a member of certain factions, which will be great for carrying out the Legion's orders since I intend to use my melee/explosives/throwing(?) character for my CL playthrough.

I'm going to side with Ceaser's Legion, but I hope that unlike the Paradise Falls Slavers in Fallout 3 that they will be more grey shaded instead of just completely evil. I hated how black and white the factions in Fallout 3 were, but I always favor the supposdly evil side because I tend to see them as not-so-bad as they're suppose to be. But when we do get to side with Ceaser's Legion I hope we get to buy some real slaves. Buying Clover in Fallout 3 was always fun to me.

... Or NPC's talking about joke names. :chaos:

That would be something to see in a random wasteland encounter (crucified wastelanders left by the Legion).
(You'd have to get there just in time, for in minutes they'd all be dead.)

Or at fort nelson or any main CL city there will be random grafitti on the walls that were written by a guy with bad latin grammar. lol

Or one of the traders you try to barter with will be like," No thats not how you haggle, first I say a price, then you say its rediculous for such a piece of garbage, then I say its top of the line.

Or just have a guy that sells fake beards that would be great too.

I may be decendant of Napoleon. Evidently my ancestor gave birth to his love child, which she then sent to Sweden when he was 18 years old. And now here I am :)

Oh, and on my mothers side, my ancestor there was a very successful businessman who owned a lot of East Indiamen. Though I think they all sank at one point...

Edit: maybe I should say the first one is just a rumor, I think the true story is just that it was a noble family who had to change names to avoid getting executed during the french revolution. My last name is Estelle (don't you taunt me, americans!) Would be fun if there was some truth in it though :)

I'm excited to end their little power trip, but I respect the opinion of those who wish to side with them. Well, not really, but I respect their right to choose.

It's always fun to mess with your morals in a video game. I'd agree with you if we were talking about real life, but In Fallout 3 I had a slaver character. I used a couple of slaving mods (FNNCQ and it's add-on Sybil's Secret by Sesom) and had about 14 slaves. I did all sorts of crazy, harmful experiments on them and shot the ones that failed tests (if the tests didn't kill them).

I'm planning on joining CL in a playthrough anyway. I really hope they stick to the "morally gray" idea that they like to boast about it in interviews.

I'm looking forward to wiping them out. Slavers displease me. I just hope they put up a better fight than Paradise Falls.

When i brought up kilts, i was pointing out that skirt like clothing isn't always, well a flat out skirt. And yes, :meh: your forefathers(and others, including some of mine) may have done all those things, but when they did it was because they had the good fortune of incompetent leaders on the part of the Romans (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MP7 anyone?)
Plus CL has guns, so laugh at your own risk :gun:

Don't forget treachery, Arminius and his men were part of the Roman army when they decided to stab a knive into the back of the Romans.

What I've heard, they were at war and BoS suffered a major defeat at the battle of Hoover Dam and therefore they've signed a truce.

im going to guess that your real anscestors were farmers in normandy, they changed there names when they left france, because there real name was of french surfs, when they got here they had a love child in new york with a Young irish man. who was then drafted and left them to go some where else. i hope that CL isnt the only place where you can be a gladiator!

Who here simply cannot wait for all the benefits and joyous times you will have once you join (or become friends with) the wondrous Caesar's Legion? Speculate about all the great things that YOU think we could do/get while in good graces with the upstanding Legion!

I bet they have access to some pretty big stockpiles of arms and armor if they are giving the NCR problems. I also would LOVE to see an almost palace-like area in their HQ, it would just be so epic. i wonder how much we can help with their raiding and slaving operations. The opportunities are endless!

Lol, Im pretty sure on my first playthrough I wont be siding with slavers. I cant help having Very good Karma anymore, its just so, unsatisfying being evil... :P

Legion looks a little lame. Not only are they less likely to have advanced tech, but they also wear skirts. Plus I don't really want to play as an evil character.
