The NCR,after the battle at Hoover dam,saw a threat from the North,a large group calling themselves "The United Wasteland Alliance" which had apparently spread from a mysterious Pre-War city of Seattle.The Seattle Vault,Vault 999,contained the top builder and engineering minds,the knowledge passed down generation through generation.When the Vault-Tec automated "all clear" signal was given,the door slid open,the people looking outward,seeing a tower,which they found out to be called "The Space Needle".Soon they managed to rebuild the houses,tribes from inside and around the Seattle ruins came to these people,who had managed to build Seattle into something even Pre-War people would look at in awe.New Vegas was dwarfed by New Seattle.Because in New Seattle,biodiesel was made,as were things called "cars".Then,a army was made,ad after 60 years of expanding from New Seattle,to the Anchorage ruins,and to the Spokane ruins as well.When their border guards saw men with a two headed bear flags,they soon called their army...War was among them.The NCR soon found out,they set up a large defensive area around New Reno,but it soon fell,and now,the UWA was drawing ever closer to New Vegas.The NCR called their last resort,The Wolverines.
