Well Mouse and Jonas obviously said they've got things going on in their families, that need some attention, which I understand, but I don't know what happened to the rest. Don't know what's going on with Ant or Hiricine, and Zuke just has to edit your post to better comply with there rest of ours so then I can get the show on the road once again.

I want everyone, or most people, to post their character setting up at the walls. I know it's a tedious post, and you're waiting for some action, but unless everyone understand that everyone's supposed to be setting up at the walls, we won't get to any action. I don't want anyone making the mistake Zuke did, by thinking they're digging a trench or something like that.

I've said it several times already, that I can't post anything furthering the story, until people start posting their setup at the wall. Mouse is right, that this RP will die if people don't take the step to post themselves, and are just waiting for others. I've said that several times too, throughout this thread, not to wait on one person unless it's absolutely necessary, and waiting on me isn't absolutely necessary since I've said time and again I want people positioning their characters on the wall. Once enough people have posted their characters setting up on the wall, I'll progress the story.

And incase you're all wondering, my next post does start getting things moving quicker, and we'll start to get into the actual battle. But I'm not going to just post the action, and have everyone start taking an interest, just to disappear until the next action scene. The RP is more than just action scenes and when this battle is over, you'll all finally be freer to tackle future battles, your own ways together, which this RP is mostly meant to be about. This battle is an introduction to the whole thing.

Yeah, everyone who's set up their character is fine. Now that we have about five people posted with actual posts, I'll probably post tomorrow. Hopefully Zuke comes back soon from RL, and gets her post edited so we'll have six, but five is good, so expect a post from me tomorrow, and hopefully others before my own.


Mouse: Where would the fun in that be? This is supposed to be a brutal war, not just one side massacring the other at this or that time. I'm going to really throw some curve balls at you all, so it's not going to be mowing down tribals charging the front lines, there'll be plenty of surprises and other things, waiting for you all as we progress through the battle. And like I said, the battles we fight, including this one, won't be settled in just three or four posts, the whole thread will probably revolve around the entire Battle of Whittier, with of course breaks being taken for both sides to regroup and rest.

EDIT: In your post you mentioned some have rifles, are most basically just tribal's as in spears and swords and shields. Or are firearms abundant/ in suffiecient quantities albeit in disrepair?

With this current group of tribals, it's about a 60//40 split between tribals with spears and swords as their main weapon, and tribals with rifles as their main weapon, (who also have a melee weapon for close combat.) The majority are armed with spears and swords though.
