Fort Strong Behemoth glitch : Fallout 4

I can't find the Behemoth in the Fort Strong, I killed all the other mutants but behemoth just isn't there...

did you go in on foot or did you man the minigun on the vertabird war ship? when i got that quest i couldn't find the warship to board even though the quest marker pointed at the docked vertibird on the prydwin. The one there would just ferry me to the airport so i jumped off the prydwin and when i hit the ground there was the one i needed to board right there in the water.
