A smaller mod than I usually plan, but when I was wandering around, I found some ruins near the northwest corner of Vvardenfell, heading towards Solstheim. Old wrecked buildings, potentially Chimer? Not far from a daedric shrine or egg mine. I thought I could recover this area, but I'd need a reason.

Someone has gotten ill and is dying in a nearby town, such as Ald Sotha. He is apparently drowning, though he isn't in water! The alchemist says they tried all the ingredients and potions they can think of, but something new has to be found. The alga plants from "abot's water life" are the key, but there's some different ones that are static that grow near the aforementioned ruins. After the herbs are brought to the alchemist, the guy is no longer in danger. Though the alchemist is worried it might strike someone else, so a small Imperial fort is created, recovering the ruins.

This mod also makes 'bloated morrowind', 'tamriel rebuilt', 'abot's water life', and a couple other mods get seeds for their plants, so it's compatible with 'advanced herbalism'.
