Where would I find this Warning.txt?

In your main Morrowind folder.

Oddly it shows nothing for the crash. It mentions a missing door for a mod, snail animation problem and the masterfile changing for quick start. It's not even leaving any errors in my system log. The game freezes for 3 seconds then resets my pc everytime. The only thing I thought of is a script conflicting with some hardware or a certain script for the dark brotherhood. I started runing the game with no mods, played without mwse and reset the patch to original, tried unistalling and reinstalling everything. I even turned back the direct x to 8.1. It does not insta freeze. sometimes I get a few minutes and sometimes almost half hour before it happens. I't happens less frequently lately so I'm thinking it has something to do with a global script mostly. All just a theory for now thou. I have another thought but it's a long one. My video card blew the heatsink and I use an outside fan too keep it cool so it's possible that the global script could be overheating it and forcing it to shut down but I would think that would leave a log in the records and why would it only happen with this one area. Thats all I can think of for now so I will end this before I become an author of a book.

Scripts can't affect Hardware. It is likely a mod conflict, or your Save has become corrupted. MWSE is known for causing problems.
If you're still getting problems with a New Game not using mods, then perhaps you're video card isn't able to handle the snowy weather, or something.
