Doubtful they're in the office today, or at least not full-staffed. Very unlikely we'll see the video today. Possibly tomorrow, but more likely later in the week. They were sitll doing voiceover cleanup on Friday, so I guess it's just a matter of how long their sound dude stayed at work, and how long it takes their marketing department to give the video a thumbs-up for release.

They lost a little time due to traveling from PAX, according to Pete.

Oh look at that, they lied.

A lie implies willful deception, which I think is perhaps a little harsh. I don't think they ever really tell bold faced lies. Do they occasionally over-estimate their ability to fit within a time table, yes. Do they make mistakes that end up changing something they previously confirmed, surely. Do unanticipated things come up that force them to alter schedules and perhaps even features? Welcome to game design.

But do they sit in a room and write down all sorts of things they can tell the community to hype them up, while knowing in the backs of their minds that it's all actually crap? No, I don't think so.

Yeah, in the Septmeber 2 interview with Pete Hines, he looked pretty tired. Changing time zone is always hard. It had a great interview, though, making me more excited 4 the game. Kudos, man.

I think they do. I think that they enjoy lying to us and making us rage while knowing we'll buy the game anyway.
But maybe that's just what I would do if I was in the position.

Okay guys calm down.
I didn't actually think they lied to us. Just expressing my rage over the delayed video in a calm manner.

They must be having a day off if one of the devs is posting on the forums :)

Are they allowed to browse the forums from work?

Such a regretable post.

No, I don't think Bethesda willfully, purposefully, lies, lied or shall lie.
It's just they are not the most competent people when it comes to deadlines.
Claiming Beth lies without forwarding a shred of evidence is just plain slander, I think.

By your own admission, you were just looking in the mirror.

I don't really care if we see the same basic demo again. I don't want to see anywhere else yet, just a bit more of the minor details

There's 4 short new clips in the Gamestop reel that show off a Centurion, a Dragon attacking on what looks like a snowy mountain, player casting fire at a Dragon in the air, and a skeleton attacking in an amazin looking environment.

Lol what video is this? I think I missed something. Link anybody?
