Is this the Quakecon footage that was supposed to be released a while ago? Or is it just the same old E3 demo that everyone has seen about a million times?

Sorry for the lateness of a reply, you've asked twice I see. Nobody actually knows honestly. We only know an HD video will be coming out soon to show more gameplay. QuakeCon, Pax, Gamescon, or something else entirely.

I've never known a game company to market the same piece of gameplay so many times without showing much else.

But yes, i can't wait to see:

Riverwood again
That blacksmith dude
Two bandits getting stealth killed in a dungeon
The fat horse
Another dragon battle
(HD)

In that case, let's hope we get some new information. Perhaps they will be ready to announce wether werewolves are in the game or not! :biggrin:

At the very least, would be nice to see another dungeon, I swear I've seen Bleak Falls Barrow so much that I have got enough points on my reward card to get a free Draugr action figure.

IDK if anyone else has wrote this but it has been said that it will not be just the plain quake con footage as much of it would seem stuiped. IE JUMP IN THE WATER, CHASE THE FOX. They are probibly going to give us a 40 mnute demo with commentary of JUST todd without 400 random ppl shouting kill it the entire time.

They are getting ready for the big reveal of a werewolf riding a dragon holding a spear and crossbow. It replaces the old dragon battle at the end of the demo.

The answer is simple. Other than the gameplay trailer alllll the way back from February...nothing is in HD. Everything's low quality and everyone, including myself, want to watch in HD so we can pick out and admire the details. Also I'm pretty sure there will be more to it other than the Quakeon footage. Don't ask why...I just have a hunch...especially since they've been working on it for a while.

Well, I certainly hope your hunch is correct.
