My question is, is there any point to increasing Health Regeneration? Considering how slow it is, especially in combat, I suppose you would need to increase the basic rate by about 1000% to have any notable impact on your gameplay. And I only see it on rings/necklaces.
So what's the point? The have increased healing rate out of combat, where you can equip your lowest healing spell to greater effect? I suppose you could go for RP and use it along the intention of a "freak by nature" whose wounds almost heal while looking at them (even though achieving that rate without Argonian race power would be impossible, I guess). But has it any other practical use? Has anyone dabbled with that? I'm just curious about that, and using the console to enchant me gloves with "+100 Health Regeneration", which seemed like a broken effect to begin with, didn't really help. :sadvaultboy:
