Fortune City OOC #1

Fortune City. Once the younger sibling of Las Vegas, back before the bombs fell, this casino-filled city has become nothing more than an arena for the New California Republic to shove it's prisoners into. Fortune City had been acquired by the NCR in 2287, precisely six years after Benny's take-over of New Vegas. The original plan was to make the city the NCR's own New Vegas, but upon discovering that the feral ghouls within the city would take years to clear out, the NCR decided to turn the city into a living hell, instead of a utopia.

Though the bombs did not hit Fortune City during The Great War, radiation quickly either killed off, or mutated it's population. The bridge that lead to man-made island had collapsed after several earthquakes that followed The Great War. Several buildings on the south western side would find themselves crushed by tidal waves, though the city's hospital still stands tall, if not proud. The metro tunnels that once transported thousands of people on a daily basis would either cave in, or become flooded.

No more than two months ago, the NCR started shipping in it's most wanted scumbag collection. Raiders, legionaries, members of Benny's empire, mutants, Brotherhood of Steel. Even the most pitiful of robbers were sent away into Fortune City, where they would either fight, or die.

Deciding to reap Fortune City's benefits, the NCR began broadcasting from their outpost on the island "Fortune City Arena", a radio show that spanned all around the west coast, thanks to recordings. With every broadcast, bets were placed, thus supplying the NCR with a constant stream of money.

The inside of Fortune City was perhaps the worst place anyone could ever be in the wasteland. Gangs tearing each other apart. Man eating man. If there was a hell on earth, than Fortune City was it's father... and yet... among all of this chaos, a small amount of order had emerged from within the city.

Three major factions would emerge, taking over the most dependable positions that the city had to offer.

The New Unity, a band of super-mutants lead by the human-despising Solomon, are perhaps the most spoken of faction throughout the streets of Fortune City. They reside within a very well fortified weapons factory. Every day, thugs and members of opposing factions attempt to smash through the fortification, only to find themselves in a pool of their own blood.

The Bloodhounds are the second most talked about faction in the city. Lead by Valmund Eorl, this band of incarcerated raiders, slavers, and even legionaries resides within the Fortune City Correctional Facility, a giant prison built on the North Eastern end of the island. Most of it's members carry crowbars, knifes, shattered glass, and other weapons that are meant to be used at close range, as ammo is very hard to come by in the city unless you are on good terms with The New Unity, or feeling suicidal enough to fight through the welcome crowd at the prisoner drop-off point.

The Monarch is composed of several gangsters that served in Benny's Empire before being taken hostage. They try to show class, despite the situation they are in. Based in the shining Lucky-Star Casino, members of The Monarch wear very casual business suits, and tend to carry around assault rifles and pistols. Due to their short distance from where the NCR drops off the prisoners, along with food and ammo crates, The Monarch is currently the best supplied faction in Fortune City... which is why everyone else wants to kill them.

Despite so much hostility, their leader, Marcus Denul, does an excellent job at keeping The Lucky-Star Casino under control.

Rampaging prisoners are not the only threats that one faces inside Fortune City however. Feral ghouls, amongst other mutated creatures, run wild in the flooded metro tunnels and abandoned buildings. At night, all the mutated creatures pour into the streets to feast on anything they can grab.

Finally, there are the very few, yet very powerful machines that patrol the city. Ranging from highly advanced sentry bots, to other machines never before seen, each and every one of them has the emblem of a crimson red sun painted. It is believed that the robots are sent out from The Eye, a building in the center of the city that has absolutely no visible entrance on the surface, for the windows and doors seem to be sealed shut by iron plating.

The NCR has put bounties on several leaders of minor gangs, along with those that lead the three major factions. Every morning, Fortune City Arena will broadcast the days bounties. Mercenaries seeking to cash in must pay a fee equal to a thousand NCR dollars before entering the city to hunt... they usually don't come back out.

Now, whether you are a mercenary or captive, a newcomer or old timer, for whatever reason you must enter and survive Fortune City. Come on in, gamblers.

Faction Sheets

The New Unity

Spoiler

Name: The New Unity.

Governmental Type: The New Unity is an autocracy ran solely by Solomon.

Race(s): Mariposa super mutants, Nightkin.

Geography: The New Unity is based in the warehouse and factory district in the north west of Fortune city.

Unique Tech: As super mutants the Unity have access to a vast amount of oversized close combat weapons such as bumper swords as well as a lot of heavy weapons such as mini guns. The only truly “unique” weapon however is Solomon's ballistic fist.

Faction Size: 30 Mariposa super mutants.
15 Nightkin
40 “Dum-dums”

History: Solomon was amongst the first shipment of prisoners sent to Fortune city. As he was loaded onto the virtibird he was shackled to another mutant by the name of Hamish. There were eight mutants in total aboard the virtibird, chained together in pairs. When they were herded through processing, rather than panicking and adopting the “every man for himself” mentality, Solomon rallied the mutants. Bellowing over the din he quickly formed them up into a fighting unit and led them into battle and claimed the majority of the pile of weapons that had rained down from the wall. Taking all the weapons they could carry, the small band of mutants pressed further into the city, leaving the humans behind to face the waves of feral ghouls that poured into the streets.

Eventually they discovered the ancient factory on the north western edge of the city. To begin with they were only interested in starting up a machine that could be used to sever the chains that bound them together. But as he wandered the building with Hamish wheezing beside him, Solomon began to form a plan. If the machines could be reactivated then he would be able to hold some control over the human population, while at the same time recruiting and arming an army of his own. And so The New Unity was born.

Over the following two months Solomon's forces rapidly grew and spread to occupy the nearby warehouse district. Eventually he plans to take over the entire island and use it as a base from which to strike at humanity as he continues The Master's work.

Diplomatic relations: While the members of The New Unity are hostile towards humans they will trade weapons, equipment and foodstuffs with them.
They are neutral towards ghouls and will actively try to recruit any mutants sent to the city by the NCR.

The Bloodhounds

Spoiler
Name: The Bloodhounds

Governmental Type: A very unstable dictatorship. Whoever gets the crowds attention leads.

Race(s): Humans, once in a rare moon ghouls/

Geography: Located on the North Eastern side of the island, based inside Fortune City Correctional Facility.

Unique Tech: The Bloodhounds have access to bullet-proof vest and batons, thanks to their location. Only the members that have been around the longest get to wear them.

Faction Size: Fourty Common Thugs.
Twenty Legionaries
Five Ex-Legionaries (Heretics)

History: One week after Fortune City was opened, Valmund Eorl was brought into the city. In one night he killed a dozen thugs and caught the attention of several more. Promising them entertainment, and eventually control over the city, Valmund managed to build an army of brutes. With it, he took control of the Fortune City Correctional Facility and made it the base of what would become The Bloodhounds.

Diplomatic relations: Arch-Enemies of The Monarch. Minor skirmishes with The New Unity, likely stemmed from not-so-informed low ranking members.

The Monarch

Spoiler
Name: The Monarch

Governmental Type: Republic.. of some sort.

Race(s): Restricted to humans.

Geography: Set on the east side of Fortune City, The Monarch makes their home in the Lucky-Star Casino. The place is highly renovated, and even has power thanks to the solar panels on the roof. The Lucky-Star Casino is currently the brightest structure in Fortune City.

Unique Tech: Thanks to how near the prison drop-off point they are, The Monarch has managed to scavenge some fairly odd weapons. One of them shoots a boxing glove from a pistol.

Faction Size: 10 Lucky 38 Soldiers
5 White Glove Society Soldiers
15 The Tops Soldiers
20 Hitmen.

History: Around the same time that The Bloodhounds rose to power, Marcus Denul, one of Benny's five officers was brought into the city for several crimes directed toward the NCR. If not for the several hitmen that were already inside the city whom looked up to Benny, Marcus would more than likely have been killed as soon as he entered.

Marcus used his reputation that the NCR gave him to rally any inmate that he felt had class. He lead them to the locked-down Lucky Star Casino and had the soldiers hold off any thugs while he looked for a way inside through the metro tunnels. Upon finding his way through, Marcus allowed his soldiers inside and began to get the casino back up and running.

It is now a very good reflection of The Tops Casino in New Vegas.

Diplomatic relations: Arch-Enemies of The Bloodhounds. Debating whether or not to try working out a deal with The New Unity.

Solomon

Spoiler
Name: Solomon.

Age: Unsure, but he has been a mutant for 125 years, so would guess he's in his 160s.

Gender: Male.

Race: Mariposa super mutant.

Faction: The New Unity.

Rank: Leader.

Physical Description: Being huge and green, Solomon's physical appearance is fairly typical of his fellow mutants. His left eye was replaced with a bionic, as was his left ear. He has dark brown eyes and is completely bald.

Weapons: As the leader of The New Unity, Solomon would say that his most dangerous weapon is his mind. However he is also equipped with a custom made, oversized ballistic fist.

Armour/Clothing: Solomon's armour mostly consists of lightweight plastic straps, holding together metal panels encased in leather.

Personality: Solomon is fairly calm and even tempered, but holds a deep hatred for humanity. He is very intelligent and is a natural leader. He places great value on loyalty from his followers and can be incredibly vindictive to anyone he feels may betray him.

History: Solomon worked directly for Lieutenant Lou during his days serving in the Master's army and was an exceptionally skilled soldier and battlefield leader. When the Master's army was defeated Solomon drifted aimlessly for years. For a while he started to believe that the Master was wrong, that his plan to eradicate humanity was a mistake. But the decades of bigotry and intolerance, of aggression and constant attack eventually convinced him otherwise. He began to seek out old medical facilities, laboratories, anywhere he might be able to find some way to cure the super mutants of their sterility and then continue the Master's work.

Despite his capture by the NCR, Solomon hasn't been deterred in his mission. He sees his incarceration as an opportunity to gather like minded individuals and intends to gather an army within the walls of Fortune city and eventually use the island as a base from which to strike at his captors.

Hoskins

Spoiler
Name: Hoskins

Age: 132

Gender: Male.

Race: Nightkin

Faction: The New Unity.

Rank: Spymaster.

Physical Description: Hoskins is quite tall and thin by super mutant standards, though he is still a hulking brute. His skin is an ashy grey colour and his arms are covered with thick scars. He has bright green eyes.

Weapons: Suppressed 12.7mm SMG. Bumper sword named Charlene.

Armour/Clothing: Hoskins wears a huge, black hooded robe that almost completely covers his entire body, leaving only his arms bare. Beneath his hood he wears a crudely knitted full face balaclava and a large pair of yellow novelty sunglasses.

Personality: Hoskins is a slightly odd character, even by nightkin standards. Excessive stealth boy use has caused Hoskins to be afraid of being seen at all. Even when not invisible he trys to remain hidden and always keeps his face covered. He speaks in a slow, quiet, monotone voice that is muffled further by his roughly made mask. He is fiercely loyal to Solomon and will happily kill to defend his Master. The only thing Hoskins hates more than humans is bighorners. They freak him out and he will attack them if he sees any.

History: Hoskins was captured by a bighorner rancher after he was caught attacking the heard. He tried to flee, but got caught in a bear trap. The rancher wanted to execute him on the spot, but was convinced by a bounty hunter to instead cash in by selling the captive mutant to the NCR. He was attacked by a mob of humans within hours of being delivered to Fortune city, but Solomon personally rescued him from the fray, leading a dozen super mutants and suppressing the mob before carrying the unconscious nightkin back to the warehouse district. When Solomon found a stealth boy and gave it to Hoskins, he exposed a plot by the other nightkin to overthrow Solomon and replace him with one of their number. Solomon's revenge was swift and bloody. The plotters were dragged to the place where Hoskins was first attacked, where Solomon ordered their feet be cut off. They were then abandoned and left to the mob.

After this Hoskins was given the job of spymaster and ordered to build a network of nightkin spys that could be trusted to gather information for the New Unity.

Hamish

Spoiler

Name: Mad Hamish.

Age: Nearly 200.

Gender: Male.

Race: Mariposa super mutant.

Faction: The New Unity.

Rank: Head engineer.

Physical Description: Hamish is immensely fat for a super mutant, with rolls of flesh bulging out between the plates of his armour. He has large dark eyes and a short ginger mohawk. While his skin is the typical olive green of a Mariposa mutant, his cheeks have a ruddy red sheen to them. His breath is slow and wheezy due to his immense bulk. He speaks with a thick Scottish accent.

Weapons: The Brick Gun. A rock-it launcher loaded with nothing but smashed bricks and masonry.

Armour/Clothing: Hamish has made himself a crude suit of metal armour from old pipes, road signs and pieces of machinery. Anything he can rivet together and then strap to his immense frame.

Personality: Hamish is a loud and aggressive mutant with a tendency for violent mood swings. Usually these are directed against the machine or piece of equipment he's working on, but the other workers in the factory learn quickly to avoid him when he begins shouting. He also enjoys drinking heavily.

History: The experiment inside Hamish's vault involved the reinforcement of racial stereotypes, so as a human of Scottish descent he was raised almost from birth to drink and fight with his fellow vault dwellers. Hamish loved this and had already lived a long and happy life of battle before the Master's army found his vault.

After the dipping process was completed and Hamish had been transformed, he found that his mutation had seemingly awakened an affinity for machinery in his mind. Unlike regular mutants, who could only fashion crude weapons such as bumper swords and rebar clubs, he was able to construct far more advanced ranged weapons from spare parts. He was put to work constructing and repairing mini guns, missile launchers and incinerators.

After the fall of the Master's army Hamish fell in with a group of other mutants and roamed the wasteland with them for decades. Eventually the group caught the attention of the NCR, most fled or were slaughtered in the battle that ensued, but due to his immense size Hamish was unable to flee and was captured and shipped to Fortune city.

Mike Core

Spoiler

Name:Mike Core

Age: 29

Gender:Male

Race:Caucasian

Faction:Brotherhood of Steel. (No connection to any other faction.)

Rank:Paladin and Unofficial leader of very small BOS faction.

Physical Description:Strong

Weapons: Plasma Pistol, (NCR took his Gauss Rifle, for themselves)

Armour/Clothing:Leather Armor, (NCR took his Power Armor for themselves.)

Personality:Loner, Devoted, Mature, Narrow-Minded, Respectful to other BOS members, Not Respectful to anyone else, Realist, (I could go on and on, but to sum it up, Average Personality of a West Coast Brotherhood of Steel Paladin.)

History:Mike was of course, born into the BOS. His parents were both Scribes, so Mike was raised up as a smart kid. Of course being a Scribe didn't appeal to Mike and his parents wanted him to be one. They eventually gave up and tried to make him go into the other branches of the BOS besides Combat. But that's why Mike ended up, He went west with Elijah and came back, avoiding getting trapped by the Elder there in a bunker. Mike spent many years fighting the NCR, until a final battle happened between him and the NCR.

Mike was on a scouting mission, scoping out NCR outpost when he was spotted at a scouting outpost of the NCR. He was shot at and he returned fire, wounding many NCR soldiers but not killing them. when Mike ran out of ammo he tried to run, but his power armor slowed him down too much. He fell down and his helmet was shot off, saving him but also condemning him. He hit a large size rock and was knocked out. He woke up tied up on a boat with his armor and weapons gone.

When Mike arrived in prison, he killed a man that had gotten hold of his Plasma pistol. He also took the man's leather armor, as Mike was never going to get his power armor back. Mike has made contact with his BOS brothers that were also imprisoned and they have not made a official group yet, as they aren't strong enough. Four Paladins and a Scribe don't make a strong faction against men with Assault Rifles. Mike is the unofficial leader so to say and he is following BOS's Codex.

He was promoted to Veteran Legionary after the Battle of Hooverdam for slaying fifteen troopers singlehandedly. He earned his Decanus rank after using his smarts and wisdom to best deal with Camp Searchlight. After Caesar heard of his actions and the results, he was pleased and put Marcus in charge of his own unit. The unit consisted on many recruits, hoping to be as skillful as Marcus is.

After setting up camp one Nevada Night, NCR rangers caught them off guard and killed many of his soldiers. He ordered his men to stand down and surrender, stating they would be much more use alive than dead by their own hands, and would continue to sabatoge the NCR, no matter where they took him. Even some NCR officers and higher ends are impressed by him.

He is almost exclusively seen with his mask on.

Long Walke

Spoiler
Terry Jones

Spoiler

Name: Terry Jones

six: Male

Appearance: Terry stands at around 5'10ft and is reasonably heavy set with muscle; but in his retirement and the lack of exercise that came with it he has put on a few pounds thus becoming even bigger then his former military self. He has messy short black hair that has started to grey at the sides, brown eyes and a rough face that is nearly always clean shaven. He has half a dozen scars that adorn his body; the most visual being curled almost creatively around his left eye.

Attributes: Terry is both capable and skilled at using most types of firearms; from rifles to handguns. He is also skilled with his fists, using a mix of different fighting styles to take down his opponents; his strength helps with this a lot, but the weight and age he has packed on since leaving the army has slowed him down quite a bit; even more dangerous than this, is his arrogance that he is still as strong and dangerous as he was in his twenties, which in some respects is true, but is far from the truth in many other aspects.

Weapon: None - He'll pick them up along the way.

Clothing: Dirty White T-Shirt, Black Combat Pants, Black Combat Boots.

Personality: Terry is what can only be described as a psychopath, he finds pure glee in the killing of his enemies and erupts into a rage if too long in the presence of those he considers cowards. He is generally a pretty happy guy, but is also ruthless to most; especially Legionaries or those who show better then average skill in combat. He loves a good fight, but he's not dumb, he won't start something he has no chance of finishing unless pushed into a corner or tempted.

Faction: None/Freelance

Biography: Terry was born in the New Vegas and Freeside area in 2251; living his early life as a gang member on the strip before moving on to become a mercenary sometime when he was nineteen. His early life was pretty rough, nothing was given by the raider and slaver crews that ruled the strip, everything you owned or were planning on owning had to be taken by force. So Terry grew up fighting, taking what he could and as a result of day to day fighting he became pretty talented with his fists in his early teens, eventually catching the attention of a local gang boss.

He worked for the gang boss for more then seven years, doing various different jobs. They ranged from simple drug and weapon drop offs to beating and extorting various merchants in the area, it wasn't a great life, but he eat, and that was more then could be said for a lot of others in the area. Terry's life continued like this until 2274, when more then a dozen robots came rolling out of the Lucky 38 casino and with the help of a few of the bigger gangs began forcing everybody who would not join or surrender out of the area, slaughtering them if they fought back.

Terry managed to escape the strip with the help of his gang, shooting as they fell back into Freeside; nearly a week of fighting passed until the killer bots finally locked down the Strip gates and set up a perimeter, easily slaughtering anybody who crossed the line without paying. Terry stayed in Freeside; the gang he had been apart of for the majority of his teens fell apart, with most of the members either being killed, killing each other or leaving the Vegas area entirely. He eventually found work protecting a new gang leader, some suit wearing geezer that called himself The King, despite his annoying [censored] voice and the majority of the men that followed him being pussies Terry stayed with him for a little while. The pay was great, and he actually got to sleep in a bed.

Eventually a group came to town, calling themselves the NCR. Terry was impressed with the guns that they packed, and their uniforms and strategies... He eventually found the time to make his way to their local base; a nearby Pre-War airport and found himself talking to the commanding officer. A couple of months later, after regular visits to the base he found himself signing up, and after quite a bit of training was a fully qualified soldier.

More then five years passed, and Terry was sent on dozens of missions, eventually entering into war with the Legion; but even with the war, Terry found himself becoming more and more frustrated with the way the NCR soldiers seemed to be sitting on their asses while the enemy took more and more territory. The final straw came when once again The Legion stormed a town, taking a few of the soldiers that were stationed there alive and crucifying them. Terry wanted to storm the town, kill the Legionaries and save his brothers; but the order came in once again to stand down, Terry disobeyed, instead taking all the ammo he could find and rushing the town, taking out nearly a dozen legionaries before taking a hit himself, falling to the ground bleeding; he lost consciousness.

When he finally regained consciousness it was in an NCR medical tent; he was in deep trouble, when he had rushed the town and took out a quarter of the enemy force, his squad and two others had rushed in after, being caught in the fire of the already rattled Legion. They eventually managed to take the town but lost eleven men. Terry was court martialed and dishonorably discharged before being thrown in an NCRCF. He has been in prison for four years, recently volunteering to enter Fortune City, hoping to earn enough money and supporters to buy his freedom there.

Gender: Male

Race:Human

Having been one of the main factors in the NCR's defeat at the hands of The Legion at Hoover Dam, followed by several accounts of bank and train robbery, Daniel has earned himself a place in the top 25 most wanted men on the NCR's list.

The Legion hate him just as much, as it was his allies that costed them Hoover Dam right after they had finished defeated The NCR. Toss in the fact that Benny wants him dead, and that every thug in Fortune City knows he is coming thanks to "Fortune City Arena", Daniel is going to have to use everything he has to survive this ordeal.

Unfortunately for Marcus, none of those things saved him from the NCR when they busted down the doors to his hideout in a NCR controlled town.

Now Marcus must rally any other members of Benny's Empire and show Fortune City why it was they that won Hoover Dam, and not the legion.

Valmund Eorl

Spoiler

From that point, Valmund only grew more and more violent, which was exactly the kind of person the raiders needed. Years of climbing and walking all around the wasteland helped him develop a very athletic body just as much as the years of countless slaughter helped him develop a expensive bounty.

Having been relocated to Fortune City after a year of imprisonment, Valmund is very eager to let everyone know that he will not be trifled with.

CURRENT NCR PROCEDURE

All weapons are taken from captives upon being brought to Fortune City. They are throne into a pile near where the captvies are let in, and must be either fought over, or abandoned.

Food drops occur infront of The Hospital, The Diamond-Head Hotel, The Fortune City Correctional Facility, The Weapons Factory, and The Eye.

Any information related to ancient millitary technology, and The Eye, is to be reported to who ever is in command of Fortune City.

CURRENT NCR INTEREST

Find a way to get into The Eye.

Seems good enough Undead, but I will point out that finding ammo for energy weapons will be extremely hard, as gamblers were more than likely not carrying it on them. Best bet will be to either pound your way through the welcome-crowd and try to grab some from the weapon pile, negotiating with The New Unity (best to leave out the Brotherhood of Steel bits if you do so), or get a new weapon all together.

Keep the character sheets rolling folks, and feel free to join any of the three factions.

I would like to also state that through the RP, the major factions can indeed be overthrown if someone were to play the right cards, and new factions can be made. If you have an idea for a new faction, PM it toward me and Kettle and we will give some insight.

I'll get my own sheets posted up in a bit. RP will probably start tomorrow or Wednesday.

Weapons: A sharp machete smelted with animal ivory and solid metal, and given a black finish. Slipped in through guards and is hidden inside his bunk.

Personality: Wise and older than his recruits, Severus serves the Legion intelligently and brutally. He remains calm in times of sorrow, and is charismatic. His voice sounds like Dead Sea from FO:NV

Bio: Marcus Severus was born under Legion rule from a slave girl in the Grand Canyon region. As a boy, he learned valuable survival skills, and hunted fearsome beasts. He conquered a huge beast with trunks and horns, and used the tusks to create his weapon when undergoing blacksmith training.

He hid his blade in his boot, and was taken to Fortune City prison. After serving many months, he has earned respect of many, of not all legion inmates, and is looked up to as a father. Even some NCR officers and higher ends are impressed by him.

He wears a Decanus Helmet and Veteran Legion armor.

He is almost exclusively seen with his mask on.

Anyways, can't wait!

However, the map is a little confusing to me. Naturally, my legion "gang" will hang around old jail cells and out on the streets near old cars and stuff. Where most likely would you find that...setting... For the lack of a better word.

Oh, and I see some legionaries have joined a faction against Ceaser? Or tey work for someone else? If so, my legion clan is eithe hostile to them if they aren't a large organization, or very angry at them if they are and will try to jump them if they wander nearby.

Best place for them to go would be The Bloodhound territory. Bloodhounds only shoot Monarchs on sight, so they could try to get into the faction. If not that ,than just wonder the streets. Most of the buildings are either apartments, restaurants, or tiny-casinos (think Atomic Wrangler).

As for The Heretics, they are a tie in from my Chip-Toss Dillinger story. They are pretty much soldiers that Caeser sentenced to death after Benny stole Hoover Dam from the Legion. They are extremely deadly thanks to the leader, Vatris Mars, and his lack of tolerance toward anyone that threatens his plans and brothers in arms. We may or may not see him in Fortune City, depends how far into it we get.

Heretics will give Legion loyalist a chance to leave behind Caeser and join them, or in this situation just have a temporary truce. The moment loyalist show that they intend to do away with the heretics though, it gets bloody.

That being said, there are not that many in Fortune City at the moment. Only about 26 I would say.

Yeah I plan on eventually being questioned by my recruits about Caesar, and if he's forgotten about them and such.

Please feel free to submit mutant and ghoul characters to join the New Unity guys, my characters only really cover the group's leadership. Also, once the RP starts human characters will be able to trade with and recieve missions from the Unity, just don't expect a friendly conversation :)

The Bloodhound spoiler shows The Unity's sheet again?

Good catch Cobra! I edited it up now. I simply copy and pasted The New Unity's sheet to make the other factions, because I really liked Kettle's format.

Anyways, so far we have two people whom have submitted character sheets, not including Kettle. Once we get around three-five more, I'll get this thing rollin.

Like Kettle said, feel free to play as Super Mutants or Ghouls. If you can make a backround that supports the character being in Fortune City, it can be played.

Finally done, not quite as good as I wanted him to be, but good enough.

Name: Daniel Dillinger

Age:29

Gender: Male

Race:Human

Faction: Independent

Rank: None

Physical Description: Green eyed. Messy short black hair. Scar above the left eye that seems to have been caused by a bullet. Another deep scar on his right shoulder that seems to have been caused by a very sharp blade of some sort.

Weapons:None

Armour/Clothing: Wears a dark-red vest over a purple shirt. Long brown pants, and black boots.

Personality: Smug, Sarcastic, at time charismatic.

History: A long list of crimes surrounds the last six years of Daniel's life, all of them noticed by both, Benny's Empire and The NCR.

Name:Valmund Eorl

Age:35

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Faction: The Bloodhounds

Rank: Leader

Physical Description: Tall and muscular. Long, Semi-Gray hair flows to his shoulders, along with a fair amount of facial hair. Brown eyed.

Weapons: A fireman's axe he had found.

Armour/Clothing: Wears police vest that has been repainted gray, a white coyote's skull painted in the center of his vest.

Personality: Violent. No tolerance toward anything that goes wrong. Commanding.

History: Valmund Eorl had always been looked up as scum. At the age of fifteen, a band of raiders had forced him to kill his own family and friends, or die with them.

Name: Marcus Denul

Age: 29

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Faction: The Monarch

Rank: King

Physical Description: Tall, but fairly lean. Short golden hair, and a well trimmed mustache. Baby-blue eyes. His left lip is slightly puffed from where he had been punched by a thug upon entering.

Weapons: A silver, 9MM pistol.

Armour/Clothing: Wears a March-Green business suit with a blue tie hanging from his neck.

Personality: Cocky, Smug, Charismatic, and always stressed.

History: Marcus Denul became one of Benny's five most trusted officers after he showed extreme skill at The Battle of Hoover Dam. He carried all the personality traits that Benny needed for a leader, and was very gifted when it came to getting things accomplished, even under pressure. Unfortunately for Marcus, none of those things saved him from the NCR when they busted down the doors to his hideout in a NCR controlled town.

Now Marcus must rally any other members of Benny's Empire and show Fortune City why it was they that won Hoover Dam, and not the legion.

Rightyo, I may or may not make an NCR commander. Depends if no one elses submits one.

Like I said, Valmund Eorl and Marcus Denul can be overthrown if done right, and their factions replaced.

We just need about two other people to submit sheets and than we can get started.

Name: Marcus
Age: Unknown

Gender: Super Mutant

Race: Super Mutant

Faction: The New Unity

Weapons: Super Sledge

Armour/Clothing: Marcus wears tattered dark clothing. He has fashioned metal guards onto his shoulder but his thin is very thick and acts well as armour.

Eventually Marcus found a home high up in the Jacobstown. He joined the group of super mutants living there. He was not happy about their views towards humans but tolerated it as he enjoyed being among his own kind. When Keene plotted against the leader of the group, he became heavily involved in the plot.

Then the Courier came to town. He was there in the moment of Keene’s attempt at take-over. They argued and the Courier killed Keene. Marcus (nightkin) went beserk when he heard the news. He left Jacobstown and ventured into NCR territory with his bumper sword and killed any human he came across.

An overly agressive nightkin that questions other types of mutants? I can see Marcus and Hamish having some problems :)
