It's forum copyright infringement, and they've been doing it for quite a while.

The admins have been informed of this several times over the past year or two. I believe they have shut at least one of these copycat sites down. I'm surprised this one is still up.

I'll point the site to the admins.

Not sure how much pressure Bethesda can or does apply to these, but I believe some have shut-down before.
