So I downloaded FWE and got it all installed and it seems to work okay. Even the parts that require FOSE to work. But when I try to quit the game, it locks up. I have to ctrl+alt+del to get a start menu and try killing it before Windows throws a "this program has stopped working" error. The error is AppHangB1, hang type is 2048 (?). It locked on quit even with only FOSE enabled, and it locks even trying to quit from the main menu without going into the game.

Try download stutter remover, open sr_Fallout_Stutter_Remover.in file and set fastexit to 1.
