Fossil Hunting

Yesterday I went on a day long fossil hunt in the only quarry in my state that will allow it. It was really fun, I found some pretty interesting things like: a bivalve casting, Mammoth rib, Whale rib, Manatee rib, and some large Mako shark teeth. There weren't any Megalodon teeth where we were hunting, I wish there was though. Everything I found ranged from about a $10 - $30 price.

So, have any of you ever been fossil hunting, and if so what did you find?

I once did a summer fossil camp a few years back. We went to this dried up lake in Iowa and spent the day brushing sand off rocks and nearly passing out from heat. Still, I found a chunk of coral about the size of a fist embedded in sediment. I also was found what I think is a trilobite, http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.ideofact.com/archives/trilobite.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.ideofact.com/archives/2004_11.html&usg=__QrmXx17lvhyk6qtiZMLI7apWOm4=&h=480&w=640&sz=216&hl=en&start=0&sig2=bj2jD7Q4ULNgAf5nsQuuRw&zoom=1&tbnid=8lFFN8amo-TTJM:&tbnh=122&tbnw=174&ei=wz_tTcupFo-8sQOcufS9Aw&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dtrilobite%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Doff%26biw%3D1579%26bih%3D715%26gbv%3D2%26tbm%3Disch&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=124&vpy=113&dur=405&hovh=194&hovw=259&tx=109&ty=134&page=1&ndsp=37&ved=1t:429,r:0,s:0&biw=1579&bih=715 ,but no one else found them and the instructor said they are very rare in this part of the U.S. so unless I'm extremely lucky (which I'm not) then I doubt thats what it is.

Not really fossil related but related to digging up old stuff, I once found a medicine bottle from the 1920's in my friend's back yard...cool story, right?
