Hello guys I'm new here, I was wondering if anyone had a problem with the quest to equip your dwellers with 14 weapons, it seems it only stops at 10 for me. I found that un-equiping then re-equiping was working but reaching #11 wasn't working out for me for some reason. Anyone else having this problem? I would post a link to a lightshot/screenshot but it won't let me post links...

Typically, it has to be unique dwellers and weapons. You might have to find others to use.

Dwellers = may be any dweller in your vault.

dweller = an specific dweller


Anyway, you can only equip a weapon to a Dweller once. If you try to equip the same or another weapon to the same Dweller, it wont work.
