I was walking along the coast last night and found a boy that said he kept seeing a sea monsters eye. I went out to it and found a Csub with a Chinese goul, there is a quest to try to repair the sub. Ill go to it when I get home from work and post the location.

I'd certainly be interested to know where you found that. =]
