We need a mod that replaces the stranger with him.

Imagine chucky round house kicking limbs off during vats. Or some other random chuck Norris thing.

Granted, this may wear out eventually, so perhaps putting a lever somewhere to activate/deactivate him might help (and a certain smiley red headed npc to pull it for you).
