I found a Dragonscale Helmet in Rebel's Cairn. My Bosmer would have came in his greaves after seeing the loot, but my Nord who I was using uses Heavy Armour. I checked on the wiki and apparently Dragonscale dosen't start appearing until level 46. How lucky am I? No perks in Lockpicking!
