It almost looks... Plastic? I think that might just be mostly due to the new art style they are going for. Other than that, it looks pretty decent.

Looks much better than F3 or FNV version of T-51b

Oh wait, T-60b? But isn't T-6 series the Enclave's Advanced Power Armor?

the handles on the feet are kind wierd, seems like maybe they come down so someone can stand and see eye to eye to repair the suit? or maybe to lock them into vertibirbs etc? Otherwise looks pretty awesome and it does now indeed look like a suit of battle armor, not just flimsy high tech platemail.

That's certainly textured. What it is is that the raw diffuse does not include any shadows or lighting of its own. That comes when the game renders the model in situ.

If they are real, they don't say a lot. Simply because how PB rendering works (which is now in FO4), it needs the light sources to get the look that is intended.

These are fan made renders according to Reddit. http://www.reddit.com/r/fo4/comments/3bl6et/leaked_t60b_renders/

People are saying that the poster has a history of comments that revealed that he's a 3d artist.

I'm very much behind the belief that the T-60 is a post-war modified version of T-45 series power armour. Could be Institute, could be Lyons BoS. They did have access to a lot of Enclave tech, modifying their own stock of T-45d wouldn't be extreme.

I thinkT-60 is actually pre-war. You see 3 PA troopers in the opening pre-war sequence. T-51 could still be the epitome of pre war armor. The military has plenty of planes that are out of order number wise. Look at the b-2 and the b-52 both are many years apart the b-2 being newer.

That might work if there were 50 years between the development of the T-60 and T-51, but there wasn't. Power armor hadn't been around that long.

With the Alaskan and Canadian theaters at the time of the bombs it's its possible that all the t-51bs were in use there and the 45s and 60s were still used in CONUS missions

Doesn't change the fact that the troopers by the vault are donning T-60. Also plenty of aircraft that come out in a short period of time have varied number orders. Most aircraft maintain their manufacturers model number when adopted by the airforce.

Except that that's exactly the bounding box style of the CK/GECK/CS. The pivot point between the feet is also exactly where BGS usually puts them for actor models. If it's a fake, then he certainly did his homework on how BGS does things. Why would he pass off such a wonderfully done model he made as "BGS-made content" for a hoax anyway?

I'm not getting how people think it looks plastic. It looks like worn tarnished metal with some dirt and rust in the crevices and may have had paint on it at some point. Yaknow... like a suit that's been around for 200 years. It's armor plate made of high-grade steel, not some flimsy piece of scrap.

I also don't think it's a "T-60", but a visual style change of the T-45.

Why would they revert to an inferior first-try model which was based on pre-fusion-cell power packs and had a fusion cell system kludged on to it to build a new model?

yeah they are separate like oreic says you see it in the crafting trailer from e3.

so you think that t-60 is an inbetween t 45 and t51? that is intresting
