I found the Honest Hearts Release date!

Post » Wed Feb 17, 2010 8:27 am

Unless it's been confirmed by Bethesda and/or Obsidian it's just another idle rumor. No need to get worked up over a rumor that may or may not be accurate.

If anyone has an official link confirming this from the Devs. I'm willing to check it out...or better yet, lets hear it here in this thread directly from the horse's mouth.

Until it is officially announced to the public I will remain skeptical.

Skyrim is going to be incredibly amazing... but the thing I find even more exciting about it, is that it'll be the template (engine) for planned Fallout 4!!! Which'll be awesomely epic!

Thought it worth pointing out that several people, myself included, reported this date in other posts relating to when the next DLC would come out. Not trying to take anything away from the OP, just saying that you could have seen this info last week without too much hunting around

What im trying to say is that they released the DLC's within a nice month or two of each other. Plus came out with them relatively quick.

To my recollection those DLCs were in terrible shape at release. And quite frankly, despite having some good ideas here and there, they all felt rushed and incomplete.

I rather wait a bit longer for a better product than http://media.skateboard.com.au/forum/images/MOAR8.jpg Patience is a virtue, and all that. And who knows, maybe it pays off.

Reread my post. Doesn't matter to me who filed it, Until it has been confirmed through official channels by the Devs it is just an idle rumor.

I am glad they took this long, who knows it could be like a point lookout type dlc because of how long it took, plus if they took this long that means they probably worked on the bugs too, I really don't know why people are so frustrated, their are other games, plus I'm a ps3 owner and I literally had to wait a half a year for the fallout 3 dlc's to come out, so this wait is nothing.

or actually fixing bugs ;)

either way im jus hopin its more open than dead money.

I too hope it is large and more open world, but they need to make it so im not all alone. Like to me Point Lookout in FO3 was the largest, but I was all alone most of the time. I d trade map size in a dlc for followers any day. All the other Fo3 dlc besides The Pitt (the worst IMO) have people with you most of the time. I really like worrying about what stupid things they ll do. You do more looting as well with followers. Most the stuff in PL got left there because I didn t want to make 100 trips across the map.

Why F.EM.A because you are not patient, you have no other games to play while they are working on the DLC?

Really?
I mean, I love Dead Rising since I'm a zombie fanatic but the games are really fun, have great gore, great weapons, an adequate story, awesome psychopaths/villains and a smooth fun gameplay.

Left 4 Dead might be a bit of a competition game, at least it is for me in VS games, but playing Campaign with some other players is really fun too, especially on Expert since everyone have to be careful about each other.
It's one of the best co-op games ever IMO since it actually emphasizes on the "co-op" part. (Co-op or die, your choice.)

Alpha Protocol is like a newer Deus Ex, excluding the cyber punk futuristic theme, so I love it, it's also a game with great replayability.
I so want to finish Dragon Age Origins so I can play it again. :P

Dunno enough about Two Worlds Two though, I bought it but got preoccupied by other games, will likely stall Alpha Protocol to play it after DAO.

Anyway, all of them are great games in their own genre. (Well, I don't know about Two Worlds Two since I haven't started it yet.)
So I wouldn't say they're games for "if I had too much money".
On the other hand you might not be as much of an obsessive gamer as I am.

He dosent need too.

F3 herds you along the BoS path, therefore it has less replay value.

Baldurs Gate I/II/expansion pack

God I loved those games. That whole series is so epic. And the TeamBG utilities inspired me to learn how to code - I hated the level cap in the first game so much that I had to find a way to remove it and TeamBG took care of it. I thought those utilities were the cat's meow. Made me want to learn VB and then I discovered C++. Ah, the memories.

I tried playing BG2 some time ago and discovered how difficult it is to go back to iso gaming. Top-down just doesn't cut if for me anymore. It's sad because I miss playing them :(

Fallout 3 has a much higher explorability level however, meaning that many people will prefer it to NV, making the words "IMO" a definite necessity, especially on this forum.
