Found the sweet spot for the game

I made several changes so far and am loving them, I know everyone tweaks their game a little different but here are mine mostly done with console:

Changed to unlimited stamina. For unlimited running.
Changed run speed to about what it was in Oblivion, makes fighting much better as you can run around and don't feel super slow. You can actually run away from a fight.
Changed fov to much wider.
Changed shooting distance of arrows to much further range.
Changed night sky with mod off Nexus, beautiful high res sky at night.
Changed game to closer to real time default setting was too fast for day/night cycles.
Added the dragon song to the intro from the girl who redid it, love that song. :)

Added about 100 stormcloak soldiers to one of the forts outside Whiterun then spawned these massive battles:
10 frost dragons. Was sweet seeing tons of arrows light up the sky, almost like the movie 300 heh (soldiers won)
100 imperial soldiers (storm cloaks won due to archers on walls)
30 Death Lords (didn't auto attack so not as much fun heh but they lost too heh)
30 Frost trolls (didn't auto attack so again not as much fun)

Can't wait for other mods to come out, I love playing this game on PC because of the way you can tweak it to your preferences and fool around with settings via console. Can't wait until the modders go crazy! :)

Eek, that sounds horrid... I hated the run speed in Oblivion... You were way to fast in that game.

Heh yeah was fun experimenting around. Just be sure and test 1 guy first to make sure he attacks how you want him, some of them don't autoattack for some reason. But once you get ones that autoattack you are set. :)
I did this:

help "stormcloak archer" 4

and selected one from the many listed then I went around the walls of the fortres and did:

player.placeatme "number" 10

just placed them 10 at a time around the walls and then did
help "stormcloak soldier" 4
and tested one of those out and then placed about 50 of those guys around the entrance and inside the fortress. Then saved the game.

Then you can do a test spawn of an "imperial soldier" the same way, I did it outside the front of the fort so he wouldn't get destroyed right away. Once you find one that auto attacks OK just spawn 50 or 100 of them depending on your video card.
The 50 imperials didn't slow down my card like the 10 dragons did, that got choppy at times. I actually was pretty amazed at how many NPC's I could spawn without a slow down, playing on UltraHigh with a GTX 560ti. But if something gets to choppy just load your save game and spawn something else. :) Good times!

Oh and if you want to clean up some of the dragon mess or get rid of an NPC you spawned without reloading a save just do this:

get in 3rd person camera first!
open console and mouse click on the dragon or whatever you want to delete, it will come up with the identifier then just type this in console to delete the highlighted object:
disable

Shazam no more dragon!

"disable" doesn't get rid of something you added using "placeatme" It just hides it, it's still there.
"markfordelete" on the other hand, does in fact delete the object permanently.

See http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Console_Commands_%28Skyrim%29 for more nifty console commands...

You can use tcai (toggle combat ai) to stop them attacking until you have spawned both sides.
