i found what cause servers to crash, its damm simple: If a player enter the lobby at the exact moment the server split the two teams, he ends up in no team, from that point, one of 3 things might happens;
1. server countdown stop and it stay stuck forever,
2. the timer keep looping back to 5 second when it reache 0 until it put the player in a team ( might take up to 2 minute)
3. that player leave after a while and the server starts
