i'm going to spare you all the frustrated rantings and just get down to brass tacks, because frankly i hope that someone from Crytec will actually read this and help me out.

1. when i first got the game i started with the single player campaign and, for the most part, loved it. however, i was getting graphical glitches from time to time... my screen would freeze on a frame with a color distortion, go black, then pick back up. however, not long after it would happen again, but the sound would also freeze up on the frame and would force a total reboot of my system. i never managed to figure this out and have yet to see a fix for it.

2. my multiplayer stats, specifically the ones that keep track of weapon attachments and suit upgrades, is constantly reset. i have lost levels and other stats due to bug 1.

3. now i have lost all of my single player progress. i have the save games, but all my stats are erased. even though i need to start a new campaign, i can resume a game save from the last level. the record of all my keys, dogtags, etc... gone.

4. Intermittent login issues. my stats do not match up with the extra five levels i have via my pre-order pack.

guys, i want to play your game. i really, really do. but the fact of the matter is, i can't. i downloaded my game via Steam, payed extra for a pre-order even, and haven’t been able to play. it really upsets me, because when the game works it's very fun.

please, help me out here.

A large percent of people are having this same issue. I'm also having this issue but I've given up on Crysis 2. I actually got my money back from Gamestop...raise enough hell anything is possible lol. I do believe the next patch is supposedly going to fix these issues but I wouldn't hold my breath.
