So its fourty minutes past midnight here in Turkey on November 10th, but I still cant launch the game. I keep getting an error "This game is not yet released. It will be unlocked and available for play on its official release day"
Well, its 10th November here in Turkey, so the game should launch. Never had this issue with any other game on their release date.

Steam can sometimes run late on releases and launches. I have heard it can take a few hours in some cases, even in America for other AAA Titles it has happened.

Its called being patient. And, also, contacting Steam, the problem lies with them, not Bethesda.

Yep its installing now, "unpacking". I had my DNS settings to a DNS server in the USA, dunno if that mattered or not, but when I changed them back to my local ISP it seemed to do the trick. Maybe it was a coincedence, but in any case something is happening now.

Possibly, perhaps your traffic was routing through the US in some way, so it thought you were here and not in Turkey. Glad you go it going, have fun.
