No, you will not get banned. Changing FOV is used since Crysis 1, in multiplayer, by most players. It is not a cheat. I use FOV 70 in Crysis 2. If I'll play C3, I'll use same sets. In C3, standard is 60 and can go up to 80. You will need to change 2 or 3 Cvars, related to FOV. Search for Cvar configurator post.
