I have played quite a bit of this game and the demo...and in both turned up the FOV only eventually putt it back to default(or close to it).

You want to know why.... because I have found you need the aiming you get from lower fovs to win a lot of gun fights. Yes you give up screen space but I have found my my one on one effectiveness goes up massively at lower FOVs. I can ADS the whole fight knowing my bullets WILL LAND.

What FOV do you use and why? I use lower fovs again for good aiming.

You can't go wrong with finding the straight 90 degree FOV. My setting is 59 at 1900x1080

I originally put mine up to 85, just to get rid of the 'magnified' look the game had with the standard FOV. Looks very consoley like that. I have seen people running higher but the image starts to get a weird fish-eye lens look if you push it much higher.

I have since reverted back to a FOV of 70 since this is a good balance of aiming ability and non-magnified'ness and I am running at 1920x1080.

Yep, I'm with you. I had mine at 80 at first, but now it stays around 55-60 @ 1920 x 1080
