I have seen countless forums on here about FPS problems, but many don't have the exact same issue as me. When I played the beta , I could run on high with 30 fps, with my GeForce 650m. Now no matter what setting its set at, I have huge lag spikes randomly throughout the game. I can be inside or outside, combat or not they happen. I have updated my drivers, restarted the computer, uninstall and reinstall the game. It runs fine at 30 to 40 FPS but every 5 or 10 minutes I have 20 seconds of unplayable slow motion FPS. My computer is on a cooler and the GPU never gets above 65C.
