I've a fairly high end PC and I hate to set 1/2 the refresh rate from NVIDIA inspector everytime I play Skyrim. Can we please get an in-game fps limiter which locks the FPS to 60 ? Thanks!

Edit: I believe this is almost a necessity for this game because of the physics engine being tied up with the refresh rate issue. Without the FPS cap, the game is almost unplayable @ 100+ fps.
