My FPS caps out at 50 on Ultra or Low
Is there anyway of un-capping with use of a program or settings?
I've disabled v-sync and to no avail.

My specs:

AMD FX 8350 @ 4.0GHZ
3BG HD RADEON 7950
8GB RAM
