is there any mods out that increase FPS? i tryed searching but the results came up the opposite of what i search?

i heard about something called stream-somthing, but yeah, any help is apreacated. i only have a NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE graphics card so

Operation Optimization is kind of outdated.

Keep in mind that Streamline doesn't increase your FPS, it just optimizes it. It will drop some of your settings when your framerate is low, then put turn them back when it gets higher again. If you're already scraping the bottom of the barrel, it's not going to help you all that much. It does have some other handy features though, like Streamsave. It's worth using for that alone IMO.
