I just installed the new drivers for AMD graphics cards. The release notes claimed a 7% performance increase in Crysis 2. I experienced the exact opposite. Before I installed the new drivers I was getting 45 to 50 FPS. After the new drivers I now get 25-30 FPS. I have not changed any of the in game graphics settings or any of the settings in the Catalyst Control Center. Has anyone else experienced this? Before I was running the game on Extreme nice and smooth but now it's hardly even playable.

Did you also install the CAP?

I'm not using a Crossfire setup so therefore I don't need the CAP. I only have one 6850 Black Edition.

Did you completely remove the previous drivers?
