FPS question

Post » Sun Dec 11, 2011 10:45 pm

Is 50 fps about right?, I'm running everything on ultra, dx11 and high res.
it seems really smooth but if i could make it even better i would like to know how.....
any tips would be appreciated.
(cpu - watercooled i7 950 oc 3.6, card - gtx580 stock, mem - ddr3 @ 1600)

cheers.

at 1680x1050 or above thats probably all the FPS you will get. I am running 5870 crossfire and I get a 50-60+ almost alway over 60. crysis 2 loves dual cards. the only way to increase your frames would be to SLI the 580, and your frames would skyrocket. your frames are looking like they should.
