On my PC the sprinting stutters come back if I use anything but 60 :(

Tried the iFPSclamp in fullscreen and borderless, it doesnt work ( while using the "iPresentInterval=0" )

So... i went back to the "iPresentInterval=1" since with borderless the NVIDIA vsync do not work.. ( Bethesda devs.... /facepalm ) and finaly, for me too, borderless work very nicely, no more "stutter".

I will stick with that i guess..; Since thoses terribad devs seem unable to deliver a proper pc game...

Ah yes that "iPresentInterval=0" can also make it not work.

I use it on plus vsync on my video card panel is set to application, never really thought of it that could also not make it work if set to 0.

Well glad it's working for you now.

This should be fine, the game speed will be 1/61 slower than normal but it's such a minute difference that you really wouldn't be able to tell the difference (Game speed difference might worsen if you drop in FPS). If you've capped the frame rate at a maximum 60FPS than you should not run in to technical issues as your frame rate will never match the game speed (Which is a good thing, having them match breaks things horribly).
