Frag Grenade - White Exclamation Mark

Hi,

Every time I use the Frag Grenade, I get a big white exclamation mark on a bright red symbol. This means, as far as I can make out, that there is a mesh or something missing. Is there anyway to sort out this problem, as it is very annoying? Also, perhaps related, only on one occasion - out of hundreds of attempts - have I been able to use the Frag Grenade without killing myself in the process! Is this just me being incompetent or is it - maybe - related to the 'glitch' mentioned above?

This should be in the mods section, but....

I don't believe FWE and FOOK2 are compatible right now. I know RH_Ironsights and EVE have issues together, but I'm not sure how severe.

Several of your MMM add-on files (Natural Selection, Tougher Traders, Zones Respawn and the Master Menu Module) are not needed because the FOIP FWE-MMM patch contains them already.

Of course, I don't see any FOIP patches in that load order. Did I miss them? They are kinda vital. Also a merged patch is required.

You have a lot of inactive mods, which is a bad idea. You should consider removing them to another folder on your drive, or deleting them altogether.

You seem to have a lot of active mods that are already included in FWE. CRAFT Activation Perk, Portable Mattress, Classic Fallout Weapons, Nightvision Goggles, Explosive Entry, Karma changes. I'd check to see if any/all of these are necessary.
