I Have heard you can get free Frag granades by turning in NCR dogtags to the Legion. If this is true where and who do you turn them in?:gun:

Or make some NCR brass knuckles with them. (20 NCR dog tags)

I have heard this too but I am Accepted with both Caesar's Legion and NCR, so I never got a chance to test it out. If I remember correctly, you can do this with Decanus Severus at Cottonwood Cove.

I've always wanted to make a Dog Tag Fist, but by the time I get around to Camp Guardian, I've already looted the Recompense of the Fallen. One reason I hate unique weapons.

you have to pass the Barter requirement from Aurelius of Phoenix in cotton wood cove, he then will tell you, that you can trade dog tags for equipment.

Go to Decanus Severus, and tell him you have some dog tags to turn in, and 3 Dog tags = 1 Frag

Cool, 3:1 is a pretty good ratio considering im going to be wiping out Forlorn Hope for the legion after i complete the quests there. I will have at least 20 dogtags. And Nuka panda, im using my explosives character that you also helped me decide how to build so i have about 40 barter now is that enough? Im only level 7 though.

Yeah it only Requires a Barter of 35.

Since your at 40 now, Concentrate on some other things, unless you want the pack rat perk.

Roving Trader hat: +5
Bennys suit/roving outfit: +5
Salesman weekly(with Comprehension +20)

So if your going to be doing alot of "purchasing" with a Merchant, but all that equipment on, and read that magazine, and you'll be sitting at 70 Barter. :P
