I am currently using the following mods and for some reason my game is being a little slow and also glithchy/laggy/slow frame rate.

Blanket Mod (recently removed it)

Light Saber Mod

Thats it a short list of mods.....and i havent really had any issues before this?? Something I can do?? Also the game keeps freezing on me as well.

I've never heard of these mods so I can't tell ya, but a mod that was problematic for me is Fellout which changes the graphics and the view of the whole game. Made my game very choppy.
So if you know that you have a mod which messes with graphics a lot you may want to disable it and check how it changes the performance.

Also I suggest disabling V-sync in the game launcher and by going to my documents/my games/fallout 3 open up the Fallout.ini and change the line iPresentinterval=1 to iPresentinterval=0

Try using FOMM to generate a load order that you can copy/paste here.

I'm using FOMM, now it seems better I took of BLTC and the blanket and it doesnt seem as slow anymore. I didn't know I could copy and paste the list to here sorry.
