As title. Cant get my framerate above 100. GPU cores are anything from 50% to 70% each. Framrate is choppy as hell; flashed up to 110 sometimes and down to 80 but very very fast framerate changes. Sometimes causes slowdowns as if you have just got stuck in some mud for a split second....

have tried sys_maxfps=0 and other values like 200, 120 etc.. but it only effects the menu fps and not in game which seems to want to stay at 100. Is this a hard cap on fps? Like BF3 frostbite engine has a 200fps cap?

Please help, I want to be able to use 120 frames in multiplayer as i cant play single player anymore due to first door issue (no im not changing my key bindings)

this is with 13.2 Beta 6 drivers. and CPU is around 50% so no bottle neck. I play all on low settings. Why can't I get this game to go above 100 fps?
