(Remember, this is Stalin we are talking about, he was about as bad as Hitler to be honest. If Hitler did not attack him as well, he would have been, and was as a matter of fact, hitting targets as well for expansion, but he sided with us to destroy the Nazis. This only shows that the reds were preforming the same experiments as well, but they preformed it on dogs for the west to show it could be done( for all we know, they could have used people too), the Nazi's would have done it on people plain and simple for their disregard for life. Sadly, that film, disturbing as it was, only shows exactly what medicine could do in the wrong hands. But thankfully, we have progressed further along in the real world to know better. This Film makes it possible that Frank survived, but could it have been done in enough time, i doubt it seriously.)

Lenin was no where near as bad as Hitler. Sure he was a conniving opportunist with little to do with the working class he ostensibly cared about... Stalin on the other hand was a real monster.

Yeah, this. You mixed them up, John, because Lenin died 1924 so he never fought Hitler. Stalin did. Stalin also had a nicer moustache.

Kitchener had a much better moustache, just looking at it makes you want to die in a hole. AND BE GRATEFUL FOR IT!

Yet Churchill and Roosevelt had none, they won!

(That should be the last line of a poem or something.)

Correction: Frankenstein is the name of the monster's creator, not the monster itself.

To be honest and completely serious though, It would be nice to see a failed or abortive attempt by the Enclave (or even the NCR..) to resurrect Frank Horrigan. However bringing him back to life even with a valid explanation would just come off as fanvvank. You can just imagine all the huffing and puffing and the counter-chuffing and gruffing the new fans and the Dinosaurs will be doing over these forums.
