o realy well an enclave guy could have came along after choosen one kills frank and picke up his brain and put it in a jar then snuck onto that oil tanker then when it docked ran off to navvaro and had franks brain put in a robot

Ncr killed the enclave at navvaro so they would come in and destroy him

actually, the NCR attacked a good amount of time after the oil rig destruction, plenty of time to hop on a vertibird to chicago

1. No one survived the rig. 2. A brain can't survive with oxygen more than 5 minutes. 3. An exploded rig can't dock at Navarro.

well maby the jar had goo in it that could keep the brain alive so that is a reasonable way of him surviving and maby his brain was put in an advanced santry bot (not the ones from fallout but the ones that were in fallou2 i think it was tge san something armory

we dont say it was a bad game, we say it was a bad fallout game, because it derived to much of its aspects from TES and not from Fallout.
