Haha! :P Well, I don't consider it a loss to not have seen it, everyone don't need to have seen it just because it's the movie(s).
I think Monty Python is much more important. Life should be filled with humor.

Frank Horrigan is dead, that's pretty sure. The person he was is dead, the parts that he consisted of, flesh and machinery, is also dead. No trace of his DNA to be found, his cut-in-half body was either completly incinerated by the atom blast, and/or sunk to the bottom of the ocean (or well, I don't think organic material ever sink to the bottom of the ocean, it gets picked clean by every living creature on the way down until what little that may remain is just dust particles that forms a carpet on the bottom of the ocean... I kinda drowsed infront of a show on Discovery channel once, about the bottom of the ocean). But I think it's more likely he was incinerated by the intense heat from an atomic bomb, he was reduced to atoms himself. He's dead, gone, has kicked the bucket, has siezed to be, he's an ex-Enclave-robot-mutant.

Though what is there to say he was the only mutant super soilder the Enclave made? I mean, he proved to be very very efficient at what he did... except for activating the oil rigs self-destruct program, and kill of the entire Enclave (or so we thought) while we still managed to escape.

So, tip for the Enclave: if you build super soldiers to do your dirty work, do not give them the self-destruct code to your main HQ :)

Especially if they are mindless super soldiers, then it's just plain stupid.

The Enclave is pretty stupid when you think about it. Awesome, but they made some stupid decisions.

LOL...

I hope the Enclave's doing tests on other people to 'recreate Frank Horrigan... or make an army of him.

Quick question to go with the discussion: Liberty Prime VS Frank Horrigan.

That is not a fight.

Frank could be considered half human half mutant and now half machine

So that pretty much makes him the post-apocalyptic equivalent ofhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xf69EEL3WBk, doesn't it?

I was strolling around Google like i sometimes do and found this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRBSYMlsQH0&feature=player_embedded#at=25

Now this got me thinking, i know the idea behind him in the mod is for him to be a clone but the thing is, do we know that he is dead? Sure, getting blasted in half, nuked, and sinking to the bottom of the ocean inside a burning radioactive wreck of an oil rig would kill most people, but this is Frank Horrigan, how can we be sure? Besides, i could see Bethesda bringing him back, or cloning him.
Armor only, I'd say. It'd be a neat upgrade for a supermutant party member, or a dipped PC.

Quick question to go with the discussion: Liberty Prime VS Frank Horrigan.
I can see him standing his ground at the bridge and announcing to L-Prime, "You have gotten a lot farther than you should have, but then you havent met Frank Horrigan either... Your march is over tin-man"

Ignore this post. I was getting Frank and the guy who became the master mixed up and I can't find the button to delete my post...I was talking about FO4 bringing the master back and someone said to check this tread out, but now I don't see why it was relevant.

I don't get it, Frank was just a Super mutant with cybernetics and APA. Aside from the extreme brainwashing he wouldn't be that difficult to "Rebuild". Technical wise. However with the unpredictability of FEV you'd have to do several test subjects before you go the same levels of Intel and physical ability.

Not gonna be many pieces left to stitch back together, and then of course there's the problem of resuscitating him somehow. :P

I read that they only made them move from the eletrical current and one died from the snake jump up and bite him and he died(the electrical current made the snake move)
