chnically Daggerfall isn't free, you have to buy it, but since there are no more discs, you would only be able to buy from llike Ebay or something.

And trying to pursuade Bethesda to make it a free download is hopeless (believe me, i have tried..)

Apparently they lost the source code so even if they wanted to put it up it would not be possible....
