2) Those who have *joined beta AFTER that point mentioned in #1* Should get "something else" (and missing premise; Those who were part of the lucky #1 get both)

Ergo, my argument still stands - you are *thinking* it's fair to give those 'lucky' few EXCLUSIVE access to something that (as has been pointed out to you by Starnes) not everyone (indeed, very few) had a CHANCE to get.

Because I KNOW I signed up for the beta WAYYYY long ago (before the first beta)

Therefore, I am, by the factor of LUCK, unable to get said 'exclusive monkey'...even though I would (and do) want one, and even if I am a bigger supporter/fan of the game (I imagine, but not sure) then at least ONE member who got said 'exclusive monkey'

Luck should not be a part of this equation, and - as far as I can plainly see - it is (in your view of what should have been, that is)

I never said that only the September group should get the reward. It should have been, and was, available to everyone that was currently a part of that beta and not just Namira's group.

If you filled out the initial application, prior to the betas and you just received an invite, then luck has nothing to do with that. There were others that were selected to groups long before September's. Those were all grouped according to how they ranked from the information they provided in the application.

How many current beta members are there, that never knew what ESO was until a month ago, when there were a half of a million keys publically handed out?

Worldwide beta's did not start until January (there may have been a very small, very exclusive number prior to this but I do not believe so), you can find info on that in the forums and I'm pretty sure probably the main site.

You are trying to justify your entitlement as much as you can and I doubt anyone could change your mind... so whatever makes you feel good about yourself I guess, I am just glad the developers don't share your philosophy.

Its true that they re invite you if you do good things in beta but, People like me, that knew more about beta then those who get selected to the beta but didnt get chance to get inside beta, It was great annoyance.

I knew beta forums adress while those invited did not. They asked some questions at first part but they reciaced to many enteries, they just started picking from hat.

I don't believe we can link from the beta forums but if you just look for a post mentioning world testing you will see it opened up in January.

I mention exclusive because I am uncertain if any from outside the USA were in the PTS and almost certainly would not have been in the other "special" group unless they moved outside the USA during the testing. This would have made them an exclusive group of testers.

That the developers do not share your views regarding this matter is evidenced by their position regarding this pet.

The start of the beta is not being disputed.

And an exclusive group of testers should get a reward that is stated to be such. Once you make that apparent, then it's rather uncouth to change that at a later date and grant the same spoils for the populous.
