Bosmer
Dunmer
Altmer
Orismer(Orc - Corrupt Elves)

Then there are more that are not in any of the games but are in the Lore:

Aldmer (Ancestors of all Elves - Elder Folk)
Aylieds (Hearthland High Elves - Wild Elves)
Chimer (Dunmer before the curse - Changed folk)
Dwemer(They are pretty much Steampinks - Deep Folk)
Falmer (They lived in Skyrim before Nords - Snow Elves) - These will be in Skyrim but not playable
Maormer(Sea Elves of Tropical Elves)

The very first character you see after the opening cutscene is an elf. A dark elf, to be precise.
