the major is passed the watreing hole of the kings and then all the way down then you turn left and go all the way down till you find two guys guarding a door

Yeah you need to pass the king at the water fountain and just keep walking and It looks like you can go any further but then kind of circle around to the left and you will see a little building with guards outside the door. It's on the other Side of the destroyed concrete mush wall from the door that you can go through by the wrangler and silver rush
